Established in 2005, JBL Contracting started out as a side business working with realtors in the Sacramento area on termite reports and investment properties.  As the market turned we became more involved in foreclosure properties and REO projects.  During the same time our president was working with a large general contracting firm, and a commercial painting firm in the Sacramento area.  Having a vast knowledge in all aspects of commercial and residential construction we have expanded our operations into a full time business servicing all clients large or small, commercial or residential.  JBL Contracting has the capacity to serve any contractor, owner, or property management firms in all your subcontracting and maintenance needs throughout the Greater Sacramento Area.  If we don’t provide it we will, Just ask.
